Should I submit or resubmit my site to Google, Yahoo, or MSN?

There has been a number of debates about the effects of submitting URLs to Google and Yahoo engines manually or by using a software package. The fact of the matter is, there is no evidence that such act would increase the ranking of websites. Google and Yahoo put emphasis on site quality and keyword optimization. Therefore, if your site is live and you are securing incoming looks to your site, then Google and Yahoo will find it eventually. As a matter of fact, being found organically usually gives you a better chance to get ranked higher on search engines. So, one needs to be careful before messing with software packages such as Hello! Engines or SimpleSEO. This doesn’t mean you can’t use them at all. Just don’t use them to submit a site.

I know for certain that google is not working on magic algoritham. The logic is simple. Improve the quality of content. Add spice to your website. Do research on how to improve your site content.Findout what is new that will help visitors to get what they want. that is all. Forget about meta tags, seo tools, back links and so on. They will atomatically come to you site from many sources. I am also new. But sure I know what a site development means
I do want to agree with you on the quality of content but I think it’s not enough. In the past 8 years, I have seen so many folks go unnoticed by Google as they don’t know the basics of SEO. I don’t recommend publishers taking time away from their research process to do SEO. You can always outsource.
