If you have been reading the latest SEO blogs, you have probably realized that article marketing is making a comeback. In reality, article marketing really never left us to begin with. It’s not a tactic that brings you millions of new visitors, but if you need a little push to give your site some momentum, article marketing is the best way to go. I have personally been writing articles for over 4 years now, and I keep going back to it when I need more traffic for my websites.

Matt Callen’s latest service, MyArticleNetwork, is designed to help you get as much traffic as possible from your articles. He has created his own article submission network to help you gain traffic from distributing your articles on thousands of partner websites. MyArticleNetwork.com allows you to submit multiple versions of your articles to the network and have it posted on network sites in random. You can also track the number of times that your article has been submitted and the backlinks that you have gotten. In other words, you can measure your efforts and find out what articles have worked for you.

Here is how the system works. You have site owners who want to get fresh content on a consistent basis. These guys sign up for the service and agree to publish articles from the network. The authors write articles for the network and have them posted as “guest blog posts” on these sites. Unlike regular article marketing services, you can actually put hyperlinks in the body of your articles, which means there is no need to play with the author box anymore. Not only that, you can even embed YouTube videos in your article.

My Article Network provides you with article spinning feature as well. You obviously have to read the instructions to get this right, but it’s a nice feature to have.

My Article Network is a subscription service. Unlike EzineArticles, your articles are shown throughout the network as long as you are a paying member. But think about it. You are getting your posts distributed on hundreds of websites, and you are no longer limited to the restrictions set forth by most article directories. Now that’s what I call Article Marketing 2.0. As long as you can write killer blog posts, there is no limit to how much traffic you can get with this service.

MyArticleNetwork is currently closed, but you can use this backdoor to register for a free account. And you’ll have access to tutorials to get ready for the big launch in April.

My article network is filled with splogs. This was encouraged by Matt Callen the owner when he ran a contest offering the person that connected the most splogs a free membership. This was addressed by Matt Cutts on his latest video from word camp.

Mr Cutts stated that these splogs are so easy to find due to the laziness of the sploger. They all say “just another wordpress blog” in the header. And confirmed by no updated theme.

Therefore members of my article network are posting content that will never be indexed. Mr Callen will pull down several months of fee’s before the member realizes he has been duped.

    @Paul

I don’t disagree with your assessment. But I have tested the service, and it did what it promised. Now. I admit I can’t control what’s being added to the blog network. That’s why anyone who joins any of these programs should test their results and figure out where they are showing up. SEO is about being pro active. You test it, if it doesn’t work you move on. I can’t guess what Matt Callen’s intentions are at this point so I rather not make any accusations.

My article network is also using articles that he has no permission to use.

I am not aware of that practice Rose. But if the owners are doing it, it’s unethical and very nasty of them. I can’t deny or confirm this though.

I have found that My Article Network does have a lot of spammers but I don’t have to use their articles and I don’t.

I look through each article I get for my niche and eliminate the spam articles. That includes articles that are not well written, which is a fair number, but more than that I don’t use articles that have links that are not relevant to my content.

Doing this means I reject 90% of the content. I have gotten pretty quick at this.

What rocks though is the fact I can write good articles, make my links very relevant, and get them published on a lot of other blogs.

I started this with just one phrase in mind, which I won’t mention here, but when I started writing content around that keyword phrase I saw my site rise in the Google much quicker than I thought.

I do get ticked at how many spam articles there are but not enough to drop them. They do too much good for my blogs right now.

I don’t have to use their articles. I am still at My Article Network because they do push my keywords and blogs to the first page of Google and that’s what matters to me.

Hi, thanks for this post. I was in fact searching for a system similar to myarticle network from the Callen brothers. I submitted 5 articles so far and waiting to see the effects.
