Latest Trends In Google Slapping

Google seems to be evolving their algorithm lately to address the issues that have risen due to people abusing blogs, forums, and hubpages to get ranked higher on major search engines. Don’t get me wrong. Blogs, forums, and hubpages still work for less competitive pages, but you simply can’t expect to get to the top of search engines anytime soon with the use of hubpages. Google is smarter than that. You may have noticed that the quality of search results are extremely poor for some non-competitive terms, and there is a reason for that. Of course, many webmasters do not target these keywords, but at the same time a lot of naughty marketers use the latest Web 2.0 techniques to get ranked high for those terms.
But don’t expect Google to sleep on this much longer. Google will bring the axe down on sites that provide no value at all to readers, so there maybe a bigger slap on the way. Stay tuned!
